I just rebuilt the carbs on my 79 CB750K following a very good manual available from a DOHC site:

The guy who did the manual goes by SeanG on the site. He also sells (at a very reasonable price!) parts for carb rebuilds such as the hard to find o-rings for the fuel and accelerator pump rails and SS bolt kits to replace the factory screws used in the carbs. He also offers a full rebuild service. His contact info is at the back of the manual. You will have to join the CB750C.com forum in order to download the manual. There is also a lot of great info on this site as well. Good luck on your rebuild if you choose to do it yourself. It's not that bad, especially if you have good instructions!
