Alot of parts are interchangeable and may have been swapped around. IE,you may have a later set of forks than a 71 should have so fork seal,brake calipers...may be different. Swingarm may have been swapped out...etc. Since someone modded those tubes there may have been other mods done as well. Post up a few pics when you get a chance to be sure of what all is there. It might save from a mis-order of parts like you said. Plus, we really like pics
