I made the cuffs out of 1'' black iron pipe from Lowes. All the bolts were just 1/4'' grade 8's. There were two pieces of 5/16'' plate steel that I drilled and tapped.They were for splicing the top part back together.
You're gonna need more than your trusty 10mm! Youre gonna need a sawall and a couple 7/16's
