Get a Clymers' work shop manual FIRST.

Take the entire motorcycle apart and start by cleaning and painting the frame.

Rebuild the engine because it has ben sitting for 35 years.
Paint ,clean, and corrosion treat all of the parts.

Rebuild the carbs.

Start it and ride it. Forget about that.
