Welcome!  Nice starting point you have there! The only piece of advice I will add is to avoid Kreeming your tank unless it is absolutely needed. The tank liners have a pretty bad failure rate everywhere you look. If the tank is rusty it can be cleaned. I have seen several places where people have cleaned the rust out with vinegar,followed by a baking soda/water wash to neutralize the vinegar. The tanks look like brand new inside! Kreem should be a last resort only if your tank has rusted thru and needs holes sealed shut. And it will only seal tiny pinholes at that point.
