Help ID my 750!

Hi guys,
Just bought a out of love 750 and have managed to get it going by
looking through you`re answers to previous forums. This is a question
I need answered to get this bad boy back to its former glory.

1981, 2 front disc brakes, and disc at the rear.

Engine number is RC 01E 3100 958.
Frame number is 04 101 3G38

Any help would be most appreciated.
