I would use the Caswell's tank liner instead.
I have used Kreem and the Caswell's liner seemed much better.

The Caswells liner can be applied to lightly rusted surfaces and it is a two part epoxy.
I added white colorant to my Caswell epoxy. I got the colorant in a 2 oz. jar from TAP plastics.
It cost about $6.00 US.

Caswell approved the colorant.
