1974 cb750 help wont run!

so i ricently bought my 2nd cb750 this is a 1974 and i rode it maybe 10 times now having someproblems.the last day i rode it ran like s*** it would barley run i thiughy maybe sence it was cold may be runing bad so i took ithome. i decided to wash it and after that startedit up and still ran bad so i parked it.next morning went out there and wouldnt even turn over. battery dead key was off. charged it on 2.5 amp fir 2days and barley turn over. took it to my truck and just cranked slowley. i thought maybe just battery completly dead. so i just hooked it bck up to charger for 3 days cranked just fine now. wont start up still. thought maybe i fowled spark plugs, changed them, finaly after cranking for a min cranks up shonds like shat and wont stay alive for more than 3 sec. any ideas?
