      Will just get buried faster here on top,
   nice looking Lil bike but I'd knock it down a 100 for all the bull your going to go thru.
  This i know Oregon used to go off the frame and Wash. would go off the engine(Cal.both had to match)
  My family went thru hell just to get registered in washington with a good title from oregon,Inspections up thee yang .You have to get a hold of the state Only right way and I'd go / call 2 different locations to be sure of all info needed.
                                 What a thief would do
  is get frame stamped and have 2 titles for 2 states same bike but could be sold.
