How did you make out with your seat?
I made mine using the fiberglass pan system.
I used some thick foam for padding and shaped it with a hand sander/grinder.
I had it covered at a trim shop.  total cost was about $225.00.
I'm sure you can find someone to cover the seat cheaper than what I paid.  $200.00
