fully disassembled cb750

hi, im new here. so, my dads friend knows somebody trying to sell a '80-'82 Honda cb750, its been completely disassembled, and he doesn't have time to rebuild it, so im considering getting it as a project, not necessarily to ride it, because its abit big for a beginner. im going to look at it sometime in the next week, but im not really sure what to watch for in terms of missing/damaged parts,
and how hard would it be to rebuild it? I have most of the tools I will need, and plenty of time.
so any advice is welcome, and if I decide to buy it I will document the rebuild and post pictures.
