You're not nearly the first to guess that. Nope!
It was from when I was in 7th grade. Needed a nickname for my first email address. I had just started a club with a friend and his cousin. Me (Craig), him (Dick), and his cousin (Andrew). And the club was cool!
Hence, CDA is cool!
