That fairing looks like a Wixon Ranger. They are going as high as 2-250. The cheapest one I have seem was 75.00 and I bought it.
That would be a cool little bike to toy around on. Shot I ride a little 195cc around town. Just because I can.
Use to have a street legal 49cc that I rode to work a few times. That was fun. 35mph tops
