I just finished and I think we are back in business. I ended up rebuilding carbs, and synching them.  She seems to run very well. I still have one carb thats leaking  a little but not that bad . Nothing that I can't fix when I get a around to it.  Its very impressive how smooth it runs now.  Need to take it on a good ride, to solidify that the over revvin issue is resolved.  Will keep you posted!
