I have a Haynes manual for the DOHC CB750 motorcycles at home.  I'll check it when I get home this weekend. There should be an engine number stamped into the right side of the engine case, just behind the cylinders.  Don't worry if they don't match up: engines were built on one assembly line, and frames on the other.
