               A simple "L" bracket on the acorn bolt(shocks),paint it Blk ,

                        BUT ""Need some CREATIVE advice""
       My self I would form a peace of metal and come off the bottom of that seat,
    Sure the plate lights are cool coming off the axle BUT only see on 1 side and is not legal in all  
    lower 48,I would also use those lights(new by seat) for brake lights also,So go red lenes,
