Forks only have spring pressure and thats not much if you remove everything from bike work on a bench and if fluid is removed dont over fill or you can lock up a fork and would have to drain some fluid out,They dont take a lot of fluid you can use automatic trans fluid or buy fork fluid for hondas,In general its and easy swap your SERVICE MANUEL will tell you how to service forks.
