Newbie to the forums

Just got a 1978 CB750K. Rode it home but it ran a little rough. No idea about previous maintenance. Maybe have to go through the carbs at least. Any suggestions appreciated. One thing I do plan to do is change the exhaust. It has 4 pipes and am thinking about 4 into 2 or 4 into 1. Again any suggestions or opinions appreciated.
