Has anyone seen a V&H on ones of these bikes?  I haven't, so I'm not sure if my concerns are valid.

I agree with Piute.  I'd be concerned about oil filter clearance and the ability to get the oil filter off without taking off the V&H pipes.  It would be too much of a hassle for me to have to take my pipes off and install new header washers every single time I needed to change the oil.
