Tubes in tubeless tires

Hey guys. So I just put a new tire on my rear for my 81 750f. The tires are mag tires, so tubeless are fine. However, I bought them through Cyclegear and had them install them for me. I didn't know this at the time, but the rims I have are mag, so I needed a tubeless tire. Because of my ignorance I didn't stop them from installing a tube in the tire. I figured since they did this for a living they knew what to do. Apparently not. So, what could happen to my tire if it has a tube in it? I want to give them solid info when I go back so they don't try and bs me and charge me a butt load to fix their mistake.
