Don't know how a tire can make it a Cafe' or not but... + another for Motorcycle-superstore. Orders over $100 get free shipping. Here is their "Tire Finder" that helps you choose what they have in the sizes front and rear. Tire-Finder
I have the Shinko 712's on two bikes now, but no real miles on either of them yet. But if you want a Name Brand for a good price that performs well... the Bridgestone Spitfire is a DAMN GOOD TIRE! Have a set on my GL1100 after many recomendations and am very happy with them. Dual compound gets you a harder center compound for higher milage and softer compound in the shoulders for grip when you want to lean it into the curves. Wet wheather performance is great.

80 Suzuki GS750L - Bratstyle
72 Honda CB450K5 - Basket Case
73 Honda CB350F Cafe' (Gone but not forgotten)

Don't wait for opportunity to knock... kick the door down and drag the old harlot in!
