I am in the process of installing some 900 cams.  If you want some, there are plenty of guys on the F site (cb1100f.net) that are selling them for reasonable prices.  They are racing them and putting in 1100F cams or selling their out of spec 900F cams (they'll still be way bigger/better than the 750K stock cams).  Post something on the buy/sell section and some people will get back to you.  I did it and ended up finding a local guy in Canada that I could drive to and picked them up.  I also got a really good line on a 900F he is looking to sell, and a set of the 900F piggyback shocks for a great price.

I can't comment on a performance boost yet, but everything that I've heard is that it is a straight drop in, no jetting required.  You will apparently feel a significant performance increase in the mid range.
