No new chain needed, but you should check it to make sure it's within spec while you're there.
Also check the state of your cam chain tensioners. The tensioners can fail and break stuff.

Thanks Sees, I might check there.  Does anything else need to be changed besides the cams?  New chain,anything like that?  That sounds like a pretty good idea tools, you will have to post pics if you ever get around to it!
I know enough to get me in trouble.
