Those Holley pumps are notoriously tough. I have an old Holley Blue that I used to empty heating oil tanks when we had jobs where people were converting from oil to gas. I've pumped pure filth and sludge with that baby. Tough,tough,tough.

That deal on the VW you mentioned is just ridiculous.Wow.
