Brake squeal cure?

I may have found it. Supposedly this stuff goes directly on to the pad surface and works wonders. Who knew?!
I got a bottle coming from Ebay now. I'll report back and see if it's snake oil or not. The guy who told me about it is a bike mechanic and uses it on every set of pads he installs.Man,I hope this works!
