I used an acrylic-based compound that goes onto the back of my brake pads and it completely cured my problem, which had been really bad. If this product is similar, it really should work. Apparently brake squeal is caused by the metal backing of the brake pads resonating and high-heat grease or these sorts of products can dampen the vibrations enough to silence the squealing. Let us know how it goes!
