I worked for a winter in Newfoundland a few years back.  Wretched cold, lots of snow, drizzle, fog.  But I hear summertime is quite nice with beautiful scenery and nice roads. I could definitely see riding a bike all over that province. Going to have to go back one of these days. Just not in winter, which I hear goes from October to May. :-)
