I have heard that routine before. The comedian also said something like "men are the only creatures on the planet you can ask "what are you thinking" and "nothing" is an accurate answer" There is truly NOTHING going on in the brain other than the brain minimally processing visual information to maintain an image of what the eyes are looking at, but there is no thought, comprehension, or dialogue regarding the image. LOL
 
Subsequently, I have read a discussion online somewhere (don't remember where, link long gone) where a study was actually done to look into this exact difference between men and women. It was found that observing women's brain waves, they actually do not stop thinking at all...there really is no empty box for them....EXCEPT during orgasm! That's right, just after they're done thinking about "getting there" and it's actually happening, they actually get to experience the joy of the nothing box in that moment (or moments, if they're lucky) Fascinating stuff, the human brain.
