ANOTHER Carb leak question

Hello,
New to the forum...
Have searched and tried the remedies, still leaking.
Have narrowed down my overflow leak to a cracked overflow drain tube.  Have tried soldering (my soldering skills aren't the best) and fuel is still finding a way out.  Not sure if its the vibrating of the engine or some other pressure that is breaking the solder seal, but it keeps breaking through.  The crack goes about 2/3 of the way down the tube, not all the way to the top and not all the way to the bottom.  I have searched ebay, online parts stores, and Honda dealerships.  To replace the float bowl is almost impossible from what I've found.  Discontinued part etc.  I would prefer to not buy an entire carb for $180+-.  Any links to part retailers that I don't know about?  Part # is 16015-425-871.  Is there a better way to solder that I don't know about?  Any other ideas of how to get past this issue?
