1973 CB750 Front Brake Caliper Compatibility

This is my first post and I have already found a ton of helpful info from this site. Anyways, I recently bought my first bike, a 73 Cb750 and I need a front brake caliper. Here are the questions?

1. Is the 71-78 cb750 Brake Calipers compatible across the board?

2. Are any of the 450,550,360, etc calipers compatible with a 73 cb750?

I really really appreciate the help. I've been trying to make an educated choice before purchasing.
