From what I've seen, the price depends largely on the market in your area. I live in Chicago and bikes are average to slightly more expensive here and my 750f was $750 (running very rough, and not charging).
It's pretty much a guarantee you could get it running, but its a gamble guessing how much you would have to do to get it there. Personally, I wouldn't want to pay over 5 for it, but then again, the engine does look nice in black
The crappy flame job should take off about $250 right there
