Welcome in Thornon! Like Tools said,oil in that cover is normal,no problems there. Where is the rust on your caliper piston? As long as the rust is outside of the seal it won't affect anything. Any rust inside the seal can cause all sorts of issues.
I've bought alot of stuff from Vintage. Always pleased with the products quality. I had a hiccup with some spokes one time,but it was an isolated incident. They're the first place I go to if I can't find it local.
