That's doable,and not really a bad idea. I'm considering putting it in the tail right now. I can get the plumbing routed there OK and a filler cap in the top of the tail would cool anyway. I wanted it down low for CofG reasons,but with my fat butt in the saddle that's sort of a moot point.
Hackjob Update:Started in on the rotor-hub adapters. I got the left side made and the alignment is good to the caliper. I still have to sort out the mounting holes/threads,but I'm pleased with the progress so far. They dont look quite as bulky as I was afraid they were going to be. Plus,they help hide that dinky 16mm axle in there.
