Lol guys, how many times do I need to say that land is at a premium

There is about 2.5 feet on either side of the garage that will be land that I own.  Then it's my neighbours yard for 2.5 feet, then his double car garage.

I could put a big shed in my back yard that is in between the house and the garage, but my wife would kill me as it would take up a quarter of the yard.

A small car is really my only option.  I would like something cool that I could wrench on myself, but it will also be my primary transportation during the winter so it's probably better if I just get a small beater.

I have time though.  I don't move in until August.

Oh, and no it isn't heated right now.  I am planning on insulating it though so I can heat it properly.
