I could pick mine up off the ground and put it on my workbench, but it was a lot easier to do with a friend.

I believe that it weighs about 200 pounds dry, but it's the awkwardness of it that makes it a little tricky.

I wouldn't recommend it unless you are flexible/knowledgeable enough to be able to do heavy ass to calves squats with good form.  .

If you do it's pretty easy.
