I checked the fuses under the ignition, and the one on the left side. I checked the charge on the battery and that's all good. Are there other fuses that I may be missing?

First thing I would check is the battery good? 2nd if you can get it running, is it charging?  Check fuses front to back. Maybe one is loose?  Can you bump start it?
