1976 CB750K Field find!!!!

so I got this bike from a farmer who actually knows bikes. Ive known him for awhile and he takes care of them. The only issue I am having is that it had cobweb city going on. My question is when I use the kickstart on it I am getting compression out both exhaust but it isnt turning over. Kill switch is on the run position. So what in the world could be the issue? I have ordered a new key ignition since someone tried to steal it out my back yard and didnt notice that I locked it from under the forks (nifty little spot). I hear it is rare to have both coils go out on you and the PO said that he ran it last year before he winterized it. Which I can say he did cause it had absolutley no fluids in it till I added them. I will be adding pics of it but all the electrical looks good and clean, headlight works. so lets hear the ideas.
