3500 sounds crazy!  I got a full set of highly upgraded hybrid injectors for $1500 (with 10k on them).  You might look around on the duramax forums and see if anyone is selling injectors!

Thanks bud! And yeah,my injectors retail for $400 each. Could probably find some cheaper,that was just a quick search. Transmission overhaul is $3k. Injector pump is $2k. Turbo is $3,500. Crazy.Then there are the computers to worry about: one for the tranny and another for the engine.  It's been a good truck though. 260k and all I've ever done is replace the alternator at 235k and 3 driver side window regulators(power windows are junk!). Most Duramax's only get 150-200k out of injectors at best(from what I've heard). I just wonder if I'm on borrowed time and should sell before the inevitable comes.


oh,and the window regulators always let the window down...then they break! haha
