In most cases it is air fuel that will cause your issues your running way to rich by the looks of your plugs your air polet screws should be at 2 1/2 to three turns out after gently bottoming them out this will get you in the ball park. Also if you think it is an ignition issue dump those pos coils go on flee bay and get a set of cbr 600 or 900 coils its a simple up grade . Get on the bike and hold on you will be amazed. Also get a big crank battery i have had one for five years . No trickle charger over the winter either . If this still does not fix your issues your o rings in the air pilot screws may be cracked I had this issue years ago with my 9 drove me crazy.
