Wow. Nearly 2 months and this car is not on the road yet.

I'm so lazy...
I did jump on this thing tonight and got some work done. So far all 3 wheel cylinders are rebuilt. All new hardware/spring kits for the brakes on all four corners. New brake hoses up front. I've yet to get a the rear brake hose off to replace it. It's being stubborn.

I had to replace the right rear brake line. That line has always been frozen on every older vehicle I've ever done.

And this ,friends, is why you ALWAYS rebuild the brake systems on old cars.

The exhaust system is poo. Dents where it was crashing in to the rearend housings and lots of rusted out areas. Even the flange where it meets the header collectors is rotten off. Never park a car on grass! This is what happens to it when the grass grows high enough to touch metal. Either that,or just from the grass clippings getting thrown on it when you mow.Hard to believe, but true!

Bye bye

And now the ''you get what you pay for'' segment:
A Spicer u-joint vs a no-name joint. Can you spot the differences? Waaay more material in pretty much every area.
