Alright, I fully understand that this is NOT an auto forum,but you gotta see this. The amount of grass/grease combo under this car is just sad. I hate PO's. Why do they always have to destroy everything?!?!
There's a tranny crossmember under there
Ugh. Just...ugh.
Why don't people understand that leaks cause more problems then just an occasional drip? Rubber mount (petroleum product) bathed in tranny fluid ( petroleum product) = dissolved rubber.
For reference, this is what a tranny mount is S'POSED to look like!
All cleaned up,new seals,pan gasket and filter. Now I can weld up a new exhaust system without fear of setting the tranny ablaze!
OK, I'll quit with the car pics and bellyaching. I just hate to see old iron neglected.
