We have a few rental houses so remodeling is not new to me. But I may have to pick your brain on a few things. I've never built one from the footer up. We've been doing some talking and decided to just build our own. We have the earth moving equipment to handle the foundation. Vinyl siding and roofing is something I've done plenty of. Still doing the math between stick building roof and floor trusses or buying prefab'd ones. Too bad you're so far away!

Hey,are you still doing the stage building thing? I see that Blues Traveler is coming your way soon. Now that's a show I'd love to see!
