Installing new tachometer

So I got my bike with a new Drag spedo (2.4" mini), and I'm trying to install a matching tachometer (http://www.dragspecialties.com/products/?productId=125566&partNumber=22110057), but I seem to be missing a part for it to connect to the tachometer cable. Do I need an adaptor or was the part supposed to have come with the tachometer?
