Interchangeable parts between years

Good morning, I have a 81 CB750F Super Sport that needs a few things. I mostly need some plastics mainly the rear inner fender (the one over the tire), and rear single light. From what it looks like the 750F had its run from  1979-1982 can I assume most these parts will direct fit? I'm also curious about the 750K they have a very similar look.
