If your lolli is like the bottom pic, yeah it will most likely be pretty loud. Probably not as loud as a big twin, but still loud and may get LEOs attention. What you could do is use the lolli and wrap some stainless steelwool around it. Should still get good flow while maybe curbing the sound level just a bit.
