cb 750k wont start

I wasnt thrilled with the carbs on the bike but at least it always started when I tried. Now I just got new tires, so I put the wheels back on and the bike wont start. Its spins and spins with nothing in return. It has new plugs, wires, coils, fuses, and battery. It seems to be getting gas and checked the spark and that works too. I'm so confused, what could have gone wrong?
