Side Cover replacement ideas found on another forum...

The OP in the link used a truck bumper, cut to fit.  The last poster used a metal armature, bent to shape, then covered it in fiber-glass, which he then painted, I assume.  Anyway, just a couple of ideas on how to fabricate a missing side cover, if needed.  Cheers!
