The off idle bog is caused by not having the constant vacuum as Luke said. See, at idle, there is very little vacuum from the pods, when throttling up, the bike has to create a vacuum before things kick in and this is the bog you have. What rpm will the bike idle at? If it is kinda low, say 1000 or even a bit lower, bring it to 1200 and see what happens. Kinda of a bandaid though.
