I should be getting my barn find CB500T shipped down from Washington soon.  The license plate is from 1987, and the nice old lady I bought it from says it has not be ridden in all that time. So what do I need to do, other than change the fluids? (Tires and brakes goes without saying)
I bought a Sporty motor off of eBay several years ago, and poured some motor oil into the cylinders and let it sit for two years. It started right up after who knows how long - I have now idea how long it had not been run before I bought it. Of course it smoked like hell for a moment. Should I do something similar to this old Honda - let some oil soak into it while I work on the cosmetic stuff?
I put the "G" in Jihad.
