jetting for unleaded gas

Hello
I have some cold starting issues with my DOHC.
 If the bike seats for 2-3 days its very difficult to start in the morning especially in colder days.
Also some times when i am trying to start it burns the sparks no difference
 If i use ngk or denso plugs.
A mechanic told me that the main problem is the gas and that these bikes
Where made to burn only super petrol.
In my country the gas stations have only uleaded 95 and 98.
He told me the only solution its to change the jets to 105 ,(I have 102 and 68)
also the needle height and  the air mixture.
 Is there a meaning to all this?
